When we moved in to the house I didn’t realize that there was no remote for the garage. I called to get it fixed and I got response right away. My garage motor was an old model but they were able to find a remote for it. The guys that worked on it were very professional and knowledgeable and also communication was good. Highly recommended.

I contacted SB Renovations about a small leak in our shower that turned out to be a much bigger leak that we had been unaware of. I spoke to Casey who was very responsive and sent someone to us right away. The guys who came out went above and beyond to stop the leak and keep our plumbing working. They went on to take care of the mold that had been growing because we didn’t know it was there and then to rebuild the wall like new. This was a big job and they took care of everything without charging us a ridiculous amount of $$. They were very good at explaining the process and keeping in touch with us as the repairs were made. I’m glad I found this company and will be calling them when I need solid dependable help in the future!

We had these great folks install a doggy door in our wall. They took the time to make the install correct and look really nice. They even cleaned up the mess - not like some other lazy people such as my cable guy who drilled through the wall and left all the dust there. I’m very happy with the quality of work, professional and all around good people. I will be calling them again when the need arises.

Had been waiting for months to have a new garage door opener installed in my rental home. This team was extremely efficient and responsive to my needs once our rental company sent them a bid. The work was done well and in a timely manner, and no mess was left behind. The guys working at my home were extremely polite and great at communicating what was happening. I called SB Renovations from a referral of a good friend of mine. I had several contractors in my house before I met Casey. Everyone gave me outrageous estimates with extra add on charges. Casey was my last resort and I am so glad to have found her. When I first called Casey, she answered the phone right away. We scheduled an appointment for a free consultation. She showed up on time for the appointment. When Casey arrived she was very presentable, she was wearing a mask, and stood 6 feet away from me. I needed drywall replaced on my ceiling and a wall along with mold remediation. She spent a lot of time with me going over what exactly we needed to do to get the job done. Casey was upfront from the beginning that she was not licenced, I appreciated her letting me know right away. Transparency is very important to me. She is good at communicating and I always knew what to expect. Casey provided me an estimate the very next day. The estimate was reasonable and lower than the other companies that were trying to gouge me for every penny. Casey and her worker showed up to my home at the time they said they would be there to do the work. She introduced the worker to me and he was wearing a mask, he was presentable and courteous. Her worker Robert was someone Casey has known for 10 years, this made me feel very comfortable that someone trusted was in my home. I felt secure leaving them both at my home alone while I had to run errands. The both of them kept the work space clean as they worked, and when they left. I didn't have to climb over their tools when I needed to come into my home. I can tell Casey puts safety first. The work they did was done in a timely manner, efficient, and good quality. I highly recommend this woman for your construction needs. Being a female myself, I had several male contractors in my home before her. I have to say I wasn't impressed, and half the time didn't feel safe. It was a relief to have a female owned small business owner come to my rescue. Thank you Casey for your professionalism and hard work. It's nice to have a mold free home, and nice fresh walls! 🙂

I called in for a drywall repair, there had been a leak from the upstairs bathroom. I was pleased with the whole process. They were professional, responsive and the work turned out perfect! I gave 4 1/2 stars because the project took longer than originally communicated.
